S&W is a leading manufacturer of butterfly valves, check valves, ball valves, and gate valves supplying its valve products to major domestic and a number of overseas customers of various industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Seawater Desalination, Marine, Minerals and so forth.

Initially Samwoo Ind, the predecessor of S&W, was founded in 1997 specializing in exporting high quality forged and cast valves to the USA and Canada. It gradually grew its sales in Korea and overseas markets continuously by developing our product range.

S&W-producing butterfly valves and check valves have been approved and well-recognized by Korean EPC clients including Daewoo Engineering, Hanwha Engineering, Hyundai Engineering, Hyundai E&C, Samsung C&T, Samsung Engineering, and SK Engineering dealing with domestic and a number of overseas projects, and overseas clients such as Canada Shell, SNC Lavalin, and AP Moller (Maersk Oil).

S&W has adopted the world's best practice of manufacturing and supplying butterfly valves specified in ANSI 150 up to 600, whose sizes of wafer, lugged, and flanged connections vary from 2 inches up to 136 inches. Also, it has supplied its products certified to JIS, DIN, BS, and others. S&W's mission is to manufacture and supply the best quality products that meet all the customers' needs and applicable standards in the shortest delivery time.

With the recent expansion of its manufacturing facility, S&W ensures it will continue to develop its product range and will take a big stride to handle even larger projects. Through our branch PT. Success and Winning International in Batam, Indonesia, we now serve the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets even closer.

Company Introduction

After "Samwoo Ind", the predecessor of S&W, was founded in 1997, it dealt with exporting raw materials for forgings, castings into the US and Canadian Markets. As S&W grew, it recognized being in need of encroaching into the valve markets with its own brand. In 2000, S&W made a transition to developing and manufacturing its own designed dual plate check valves.

From that time, S&W has exported its own manufactured check valves to Canada, the US and South America. With an increase of its production capacity and satisfaction of overseas clients' requirements, S&W has chiseled out its reputation among clients and its products have been approved by domestic and overseas clients.

In aiming for high quality valves, S&W products in types of wafer, lug, and flanged connections are certified to ANSI #150 up to ANSI #1500 with their sizes varying from 2" up to 80", to DIN, JIS, and other standards. In addition to check valves, production of high performance butterfly valves has dominated our production capacity more than half of annual sales.

S&W are on the verge of expanding its capacity of producing gate valves, and ball valves as a newly acquired factory on 4600 m² of land with 3 buildings on is in operation, which enables S&W to even more satisfy clients' requirements. To furnish better valves for clients, S&W will continue to make its unceasing efforts and will be always in valve markets.

As part of this growth, PT. Success and Winning International was established in Batam, Indonesia to serve the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets directly.
